Everyone knowing how their class worked! And if the tank plans to use his available CC, not to get all pissy as he evaluates the targets in the pull, or asking a question about the pull. Its a tanks job to know all pulls in a instance, and when it's his first time its gonna take a bit.

ex. In MrT last night, I was asked to come tank, I expressed I wasnt sure I could handle it, and did not know the instance. Everyone said "Oh, it'll be fine"(fyi, I have just over 12khp and 519 defense, and just under 50% stagnant avoidance). Ive been in Mrt once to heal, very different. At any rate, Im taking my time, and Im constantly getting "Just pull"... and if I don't the mage would just sheep his target and that usually wound up with one or two deaths.. or a wipe. And then blame me..

It's damn annoying if you insist on bringing someone, even after they tell you they aren't sure of it but are willing to try, and then piss in my cherrio's. Come on now...

SO, if you need a tank, who's very familiar with most instances, (save most of the Tempest keep, and MrT) and don't mind taking the time to have effective safe pulls, look for me in game. I take my job serious, and I am sick of pug retards...

Although I give my props to the pug I found for Shadowlabs... I had one cc, a mage =0... and I did very well, and everyone managed their agro well, it was great!... warriors can almost hold multi mob threat like a paladin! At least when you have a great group of people who know what they are doing.

Honestly... once Kael dies, Im done with that place!!! there is a ring off the first boss that would me "nice" but it's not worth it.. gah!

And thats what I fear, Im kinda stuck as far as gearing, I think Im almost to where I could do lower kara, but really not many heroics... guess Its the rep grind for a much nicer shield and then a hunt for a new sword, and maybe find some people willing to take me through kara(ive tanked as a paladin there =0 )

I'm here! I kinda got into work late today because I forgot to set my alarm. I woke up 30 minutes before I need to be there. BTW, I have a 2 hour commute on the wonderful NYC mass transit system.

I'll be on tonight, so hit me up to run something. I need all the practice I can get. And I'm sure we can get the other half to come along. ;)

When I did Mr.T, my group has three other people who has never done the instance before. Actually, I also never did it before so we are all even. Regardless, we go in, wiped around like ten times, just laugh it off and continue. Kael'thas was a bastard and Xiphus lamented that his employer in the offensive forbade him from just pulling that crystal off that magister's chest. Anyway, we finished it and all agreed: Heroic Mr.T is going to be hell.

I will admit, I'm guilty of not really knowing what the hell to do with a protection paladin besides the usual Righteous Fury, throw my shield, and Consecrate. And I've only one other character that's around Lythas's level at the moment, but the last time I played her (Feral Druid) was last year. Unfortunately, people automatically assume that I know everything about every instance, and they get snippity when I ask them to explain to me how I should pull a group if I can't figure it out myself.

And ha ha, dear god, please don't give me leader. Seriously. I am so not leader material, and neither is my character. I do so much better following instructions. :/

Remember, if a weapon is good for a warlock it's good for you. Stam+int(KoT revered sword for example) I like paladin tanking because SOOOO much is based on them hitting you =0. And last night we did BRD.. as a fullfillment of a promise... prot warriors can't kill anything, and I am never going back to the god forsaken lands..

Hmmm...? Know how to your class works? It might be better worded as knowing the duties of your specc on bosses. AKA, Spriest works very much different than a Holy Priest, last I checked.

It would also be nice if everyone knew how your specc worked as you were leveling, too.

Probably does work out though... ret pallies do have good dps -sigh-... quit stealing my warrior weapons!
