I was running about Dustwallow with my Tauren Shaman and upon visiting Tabetha I saw a member of SI:7 kneeling at the docks there. Curious what purpose he might serve I looked him up on Wowhead and came across this following quest.

As many of you may know the Grimtotem are enemies of the other Tauren tribes.
And now everyone knows why I don't trust Forsaken (Unless I'm playing one... wait, scratch that. Even then I don't trust them).
